Terms of Use

Last updated: September 16, 2026

By using GameScout (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What GameScout is (and isn’t)

GameScout is a ticket price comparison and discovery service. We help you search for live sports and entertainment events and compare prices across third-party ticket providers — currently Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, and Vivid Seats — in one place. GameScout does not sell tickets, does not process payments or handle checkout, is not a party to any ticket purchase, and does not hold, ship, or deliver tickets. Every purchase happens entirely on the third-party provider’s own website, under that provider’s own terms of service, privacy policy, and refund/cancellation policies — not GameScout’s.

Demo data

Some pricing shown on GameScout — currently offers labeled “Demo data” from StubHub and Vivid Seats — is placeholder/simulated pricing used while we build out real integrations with those providers. Demo data is not a real, purchasable listing and must not be relied on for any purchasing decision. Offers not labeled “Demo data” (currently Ticketmaster and SeatGeek) reflect live data from that provider, subject to the accuracy limits below.

No guarantee of accuracy

Ticket prices, fees, availability, and seat information change quickly and are controlled entirely by the third-party providers, not by GameScout. We do our best to show current information, but we cannot guarantee that the price, availability, or fees shown on GameScout will match what you see when you reach the provider’s site, or that any listed event, price, or seat will still be available at all. Always confirm the final price and availability on the provider’s own site before completing a purchase.

Affiliate relationships

GameScout may earn a referral or affiliate commission when you click through to a provider and complete a qualifying purchase. This never changes the price you pay. Being listed on GameScout does not mean a provider has an exclusive or official partnership with GameScout unless we say so explicitly.

Trademarks

Team names, league names, venue names, and the names and logos of ticket providers referenced on GameScout are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on GameScout is for identification and comparison purposes only and does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, GameScout by any team, league, venue, or provider.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

The GameScout name, logo, design, and original content on the Site (excluding third-party data and trademarks referenced above) belong to GameScout. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

GameScout is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any price or availability information will be accurate at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameScout is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

Your relationship with a ticket provider, and any dispute about a purchase, is between you and that provider.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
